Email Marketing Management Case Study

Problem

The Brand is a retail company that sells BIPOC brands’ beauty products to the North American Market.
They wanted to increase the user base and ultimately increase revenue. With an AOV of $15,
Their goal was to get started with email marketing within the first month.

 

The goal

1. Increase sales channel.
2. Increase revenue up to $1000 in the first month from Email Marketing.

Solution

We decided to create 3 email flows to achieve this; Welcome flow, Abandoned Checkout Flow, Post-purchase flow, and Customer Win-back flow.
Then set up and launched 2 campaigns for current sales.

Results

We achieved the projected results and even surpassed them in the first month. We were able to get the best-performing subject lines and creatives at the end of the first months.

Email Revenue End of 2nd week: $592 which was 21% of the total revenue within that time.
